• Dealing with an injury, illness or medical condition? Physical Therapy treatment starts with a full comprehensive evaluation and development of an individualized treatment plan. Together we carry out this plan with specific functional goals in mind. That plan might include interventions like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling and more.

  • The GYROTONIC® Method is a form of exercise that utilizes equipment to promotes muscular balance throughout the body while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening connective tissues in and around the joints. Focus is placed on increasing the functional capacity of the spine, resulting in an efficiency of movement and decreasing risk of injury.

  • This is for clients or patients who are unable to travel or live outside of the state. The same as in person Physical Therapy without the hands on component of assessment and treatment.

  • One-on-one strength and conditioning with Physical Therapist. Whatever your goals are, we will work together to build a program to help you achieve those goals.
